COACHING & MENTORSHIP
What is coaching?
Life coaching is a holistic approach to personal and professional development that helps people achieve their goals, live more fulfilling lives, and overcome challenges. A life coach works with you to help to identify you values, goals, strengths, and weaknesses in developing a plan to achieve goals. Life coaches are not just guides, but there to provide support, accountability, ethics, personal skills, and guidance along your way. Life coaching is not therapy, but it can complement personal growth that therapy is design to promote.
Life coaching can be a valuable tool for anyone who wants to improve their life.
